Floating Island

 On a floating Island~

we spent an eternity~

the fruits of light~

we consumed~

 the shower of love~ 

freshened us up~

 each others' company~

gave us the strength~

I rowed the Island~

with sheer will~

And after a blue moonlit night~

I turn the Island around~

to make you face~

where sun kisses the horizon~

to wish this world~

a GOOD MORNING.

Celebration of Desolation

 In your company~

the old desolated temple~

looked like worth a lifetime~

The courtyard without roof~

made us lie~

under the enormous sky~

You slept so sweetly~

on pillow of my arm~

cuddling me with your hand~

on my cheek~

the Moon stood guard~

while we slept~

the stars got excited~

and twinkled more than ever.

I combed your silken hair~

with fingers and~

kissed on your hair~

that sweet smile~

on your face broadened a bit.

You woke up and blushed~

and made the Sun red~

Half the sky turns red~

to wish both of us GOOD MORNING...

Some People

 A name rings bells in the ears~

a message brings smile on my face~

a picture makes me tilt my head~

some memories make me feel good~

some hopes keep me going on~

some chats carry me through the nights~

some thoughts make my day...

Transient Moment

 This one moment is all what life's flow, 

the one yet to come is the moment about to go,

Better to celebrate life in this one

the one moment that life has to show

Once the time shed a moment in frost

A story emerged but the moment was lost

Fickle it was, now here now nowhere

Slight smile and slight gloom 

this moment will slip somewhere.

The night in will break into dawn in a moment

And a GOOD MORNING will flow past without lament.

A New Day

 On a crowded beach~

and I looked at you~

I felt bad~

for staring at a stranger~

but just then~

your eyes said to mine~

and see beyond."

The eyes did the talking~

the souls bared themselves~

 The fall of dawn~

on an autumn morning~

after long and scorching spell~

of summer heat and dust~

first cool breeze~

splashing right in the face~

a walk in clouds of heaven.

Go out~

let the fresh air~

I'm seeing two graves~

within the wall~

I made around myself~

to keep you safe inside~

a pyre of desire~

knowing well that my shrieks~

won't escape the walls~

The echo of my shrieks~

I take you
holding your hand
with a blindfold
to a fantasyland
in a valley.
When you open
your blindfold
I show you around.
On one side
there are
snow capped peaks
offering protection
like a soldier
guarding the place where
their generals rested.
On the other
a thick forest
of pine trees
washed with
fresh Sun-rays
peeping from across
the snow clad mountains.
A perfectly matching
gift for your beautiful eyes
